Doctorate) at New England School
of Law, where he was a Dean’s List
scholar and served as Editor-in-
Chief of the school’s law journal.

Prior to opening his own practice,
Attorney Smith practiced law at the
firms of Edwards & Angell, L.L.P.
and Andrew J. Schultz, P.C.

Attorney Smith focuses his practice
in the realms of real estate
conveyancing, probate, and estate
planning, however he also
regularly handles personal injury
matters, including car accidents and
insurance claims.  He welcomes

Attorney Gregory V. Janian
graduated cum laude from Suffolk
University's Law School. He also
received his Masters Degree in
Business Administration from
Suffolk University’s Sawyer School
of Management.  Prior to entering
graduate school, Mr. Janian
received a B.A. in Political Science
from Providence College.

Prior to the formation of Smith &
Janian, Attorney Janian practiced
law at the Governo Law Firm and
the
D’Ambrosio Law Offices.
